The new logo and packaging are equally simple, bold, and consistent:

The tone of their messaging is also bold in a humorous, casual way, inviting customers to feel authentically comfortable with them. By calling their customers “members,” they make audiences feel welcomed and inducted into their products and brand. This casual tone appears in both in their $5,000 “Our Blades are F***ing Great” video that went viral with over 27 million views, as well as videos like this one promoting their social proof on Facebook.
